    • Thank you Whitny. I think it is very important to know where our food comes from and what food we are putting into our bodies. It is better to put pure ingredients into our bodies than to fill them with chemicals and ingredients that we have no idea what they contain or what they came from.

      Glad you enjoyed the topic as I plan on writing more about sustainable farming/sustainable foods.
